Hoshino Coffee

Because I will be sharing with you one of my favorite place to go ^-^!

Yup~! It's Hoshino Coffee @ Plaza Singapura!

If you have been to this place and try its food, I am sure you will understand why I am a fan of it right now
 ^-^!

So, I happened to see a friend recommending its famous pancake souffle...

...and I stared at the picture, thinking... I am soooo going to try this!

Then a minute later, I received a message from Denise and Himeko asking to have lunch at Hoshino Coffee 0.0!!

OH GOD YES!!

I would have thought they were psychics if I hadn't known they were food lovers too ^-^!



So, Himeko and I met up first and were browsing the menus while waiting for Denise to park her car...

All the pancake souffles looked so yummy!!! OMG! Himeko and I definitely had a hard time choosing >-<!

And there are more to choose from >0<~!!
What's taking you so long, Denise?! We need to eat now!!! LOL!

When Denise finally arrived, we quickly placed our order only to find out that my pancake souffle takes about 40 minutes to prepare >0<"!!

OH NOOO!!

So, at the meantime, I can only watch my girls eat >.<....

Himeko's Matcha Parfait (photo taken from her blog).
She commented that it wasn't the best Matcha Parfait that she had tasted as it was slightly bitter. Awww :(~ We shall skip this then lol~

Moving on will be Denise's Curry baked rice~! Omg! This is super delicious! One of those great dish which you mixed the eggs with all the ingredients and the flavor is just AMAZINGLY good! I will definitely order this on my next trip there :D!!

Next up, Denise's and Himeko's French Toast! Denise brainwashed Himeko into sharing this and after trying, I think Himeko did not regret agreeing to it at all! Hehe :D! This is definitely the best French Toast that we had eaten so far~! It's a MUST try!

My favorite Clam Chowder~!!
I am a huge fan of Clam Chowder! While I was studying in USA, I practically had Clam Chowder for dinner at least four times per week haha! And I thought there was no clam chowder in Singapore that would beat the one I had in the states until I tried this ^0^!!
It's not only creamy and thick, it also have a addictive sense of sweetness (o^0^o)! For someone who loved anything that is sweet, this is hard to resist~! Definitely, I will come back for more in the future hehe~!!

Finally, my mango pancake souffle came after a long long wait :DD!! And guess what?! This could be the pancake made in heaven (o^0^o)! I was mentally flying up to the sky on its first bite! The sweetness of the maple syrup drizzled over the pancake and the cooling vanilla ice-cream on top of it will made you craved for another bite... and MORE!! It doesn't matter whether you need to wait for 30 minutes, 40 minutes or even an hour, This is a definitely MUST HAVE~! You will regret not ordering this like how Himeko did LOL~!!

Yacht Retreat

Hello~

Last December, my friends arranged a Yacht Retreat during our holiday ^0^!
 

It was at Sentosa Cove! Beautiful~!!

Charlotte and I :D!!

We made our way to the yacht after they arrived! Excited to see it 0(^0^)0!!

 

But it was kind of small :(... and I fell when I tried to explore the bottom deck *ouch* T_T!

So I decided to stay at the upper deck and take photo of my friends who didn't fell instead...

We went around looking for small crabs after our lunch since we got nothing to do and we didn't want to sit around feeding mosquitoes...

Sadly, I didn't get to see many crabs as my friends kept scaring them away or unintentionally killing them by poking sticks into the holes (>.<)".

After a while of crab hunting, we decided to go back to the yacht since we were getting attacked by mosquitoes!!

Arggg!! How I hate those mosquitoes >0<*!!

As the sun was about to set, we left the island for a tour around the sea... 

Yeah (o^0^o)!!

Got to chat a lot with her during the tour :). It was really nice catching up with her!! We were always talking nonstop when we were together hehe~! She knows I love her =D *hug*!!

We arrived back to the cove when it was almost dark...

....and the view was so amazing!

A very expensive yacht 0.0!! How I wish I owned one like this hurhur~!
