At Bali: The Other Things We Did

Hello~

One of the many things we did in Bali was having massage delivered to our villa everyday. Compared to Singapore's Spas, the cost of massage in Bali is at least 10 times cheaper and the therapists can be way better. After trying the massage service from our villa and Casa delivery spas, I must say that most of the overly expensive spas in Singapore are overrated. Each time I was getting a massage in the comfort of my villa, I felt like I was in heaven! The therapists were not only professionals, they take the art of massage very seriously and are always seen with a big smile despite being paid poorly. From my experience, the people in Bali, in general, are very welcoming and they provide better service than in Singapore. Even if we did not buy anything from their shops, they would still smile brightly and thanks us. This could be one reason why Bali attracts high quantity of  tourists each year.

Besides pampering ourselves with top-notch massages, we did some shopping as well.

One of my OOTD's shot...

...and a selfie while waiting for our driver.

A couple photo with my charming price ♡∀♡!

Then after approximately 20 minutes ride, we arrived at...

Bali Beachwalk!

It's one of Bali's newly opened and biggest shopping mall where you can find many popular brands like Gucci, Armani, Victoria Secret, Tommy Hilfiger and more.

The concept of this eco-friendly mall is very unique and we were able to enjoy the panoramic view of the Kuta Beach when we visited their spacious open-aired area fulfilled with large ponds, garden and running water that allows us to have a closer experience with nature.

Shopping in the mall is definitely more costly than buying items from street shops but their range of varieties did attract us to shop there.

We ended up buying...

Gucci and Hermes Polo shirts for my dad,

a handbag and shirt for my two mums,

....and finally some loots from popular brands like Versace jeans and Burberry for my dear.

After shopping,

We spent some time at the Kuta Beach which is just besides the mall.

Then it's finally dinner time!

We chose a fine dining restaurant near the beach called...

.... Roso Vira.

The ambience was pretty quiet and romantic when dining inside but it would have been a much better experience if they had allowed access to the second floor as we wanted to enjoy the sea-view.

The food was fairly more expensive than some other Bali's restaurants but they were pretty generous with their portion.

This is by far the best duck meat I had ever tasted.
Anyone visiting the restaurant should order one of this....

and...

...their Chilli King Prawns.
They are so flavorful that you won't regret paying 250,000 IDR for them.

I'm going to end the post abruptly with this final dish, which name I couldn't remember because it was a disappointment, as we need to catch our flight back to Singapore.

I'm going to miss this beautiful island so much ╥﹏╥...
